Gelt & Grassgreen P.C. was formed by Theodore Z. Gelt, who was later joined by Randi M. Grassgreen.  The practice was created to function with a very specific purpose: to provide excellent legal services to our clients in the primary areas of taxation (estate planning and administration, income tax planning, business transactions and matters pertaining to tax controversies).  This focus has enabled the firm to assemble an experienced group of talented attorneys who have demonstrated their interest and knowledge in the tax field by having earned advanced degrees in taxation.
